MotelMax manages reservations, advance deposits, guest check-in / checkout and provides extensive reports on your business activity. Rooms can be booked from a visual calendar display. Room rates are calculated automatically from custom date sensitive rate tables.
You can build form letters using rich text formatting for confirmation letters and advance deposits or for developing marketing strategies. Letters can be printed, emailed or exported to Word. Prints envelopes and address labels too. For group bookings, custom group confirmation forms and group billing statements are printed.
The program comes preset with sample data so you can begin using MotelMax right away. Customize the set-up as you go along by adding your own rooms and rates tables. There are built in utilities to backup and restore data files and to export data to pre-formatted Excel spreadsheets.
An add-on program is available to interface MotelMax with a call tracking system. Calls can be priced by MotelMax and copied to guest folios.
MotelMax has been expanded to build owner statements for short to medium term rentals of condos or vacation rentals. The statements include income, expenses and management fees for a given date range. Summary totals are posted to an owner's Ytd statement.
MotelMax is a shareware program and is provided for your full evaluation. All data entered into this evaluation copy exports automatically into the registered version. When you register your copy, you do not have to start over or re-key anything.
Data from MotelMax DOS can be imported directly into the Windows 95 version.
